I am Gabriel Cordeiro Grisostolo, a lawyer admitted to the Brazilian Bar (OAB/PR no. 136,464), focused on corporate law and business with an international dimension. I work from a simple conviction: law, well applied, is a tool for growth. Before it ever serves as a defence in a dispute, it is the structure that brings certainty to decisions, unlocks operations and lets a company move forward with confidence.
I hold a Law degree from UniCuritiba and built my background by pairing legal technique with a concrete grounding in business. I have had direct exposure to drafting and reviewing contracts, to corporate and notarial matters, to settlement negotiation and to civil litigation follow-up, the practice that teaches you to turn theory into workable solutions for a company's everyday needs. I complemented this with training in compliance, data protection (LGPD) and business modeling, including a startup pre-acceleration program.
My practice is advisory, preventive and contentious: I prioritise structure and prevention, with clear contracts, well-designed companies and mapped risks, and I represent the client in disputes when litigation becomes necessary. I pay particular attention to the relationship between Brazil and the international market, especially the United States, supporting foreign companies seeking to operate in Brazil and Brazilian companies looking to grow abroad, always with a focus on the legal certainty of each decision.
