Doing business between Brazil and the United States

Closing a deal across the two countries is more than translating a contract. How we work

Consultations are by appointment, in person in Curitiba or by video anywhere, in English, Portuguese or Spanish. I am admitted to practice law in Brazil (OAB/PR); for questions governed by United States law, I work together with local counsel in the United States, so you get advice that is correct on both sides.
